RDA Academy was built on the same standard Rafael dos Anjos carried through his career as a UFC Champion: show up, work hard, and keep getting better every day. We are looking for people who share that standard and want to help our students grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai here in Austin.

Our team is the reason a nervous first-timer becomes a confident, committed student. From the front desk to the mats, every person at RDA shapes the experience our members have, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We want people who are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about others. Martial arts experience is a big plus for most roles, but attitude and work ethic matter just as much.
