Muay Thai Program (Ages 6-14)

Teach Them to Be Strong, Not Aggressive

Kids have energy. Lots of it. Muay Thai gives them a healthy, structured way to channel that energy while learning discipline, coordination, and respect. This program is designed to be challenging and fun, building young athletes who are confident in themselves and kind to others.

What Muay Thai Teaches Kids

Muay Thai isn't about teaching your child to fight. It's about teaching them to focus, listen, and push through things that are hard. Every class reinforces self-control, respect for their training partners, and the understanding that real strength comes from discipline, not aggression.

These lessons stick. You'll see them show up at school, at home, and in how your child carries themselves around their peers.

No Experience Needed

Your child doesn't need any martial arts background or athletic ability to start. Our coaches break down every punch, kick, and combination into simple steps that kids can follow and build on over time. The curriculum is progressive, so your child is always learning something new while reinforcing what they've already practiced.

Whether your kid is shy or bouncing off the walls, they'll find their place in this class quickly.

Age-Appropriate Training

This is not a watered-down adult class. Everything is designed specifically for this age group. Techniques, drills, and intensity are all scaled to match where kids are developmentally. Younger students (6-9) focus more on movement, coordination, and fundamentals. Older students (10-14) start developing sharper technique, combination work, and controlled partner drills.

There is no full-contact sparring in this program. All partner work is supervised, controlled, and focused on skill development.

What Every Class Looks Like

Each session starts with a high-energy warm-up that builds footwork, agility, and conditioning. The coach then walks through the technique of the day with clear demonstrations and step-by-step instruction. Kids drill on pads and bags, working at their own pace while the coaching staff gives individual feedback. Classes finish with a team activity or conditioning game that keeps the energy up and the smiles going.

Fitness That Doesn't Feel Like Exercise

Most kids don't want to run laps or do push-ups. But they'll throw 200 kicks on a heavy bag without thinking twice because they're having a blast. Muay Thai builds cardio, coordination, balance, and functional strength in a way that keeps kids engaged because they're learning something cool, not just working out.

What Parents Can Expect

A more focused kid. A more confident kid. A kid who understands that effort matters and shortcuts don't work. Parents tell us their children start showing more patience, better listening skills, and a willingness to stick with things even when they get tough.

You'll also have peace of mind knowing your child is learning real striking fundamentals in a safe, supervised environment where respect is the standard, not the exception.
