Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program (Ages 3-6)

Where Big Growth Starts Small

At this age, your child is a sponge. They're learning how to listen, how to share, how to move their body, and how to interact with the world around them. Our Little Champions program uses jiu-jitsu as the vehicle to develop all of those skills in a fun, safe, and structured environment.

Built for How Young Kids Learn

Three-year-olds don't learn the same way ten-year-olds do. We get that. Our classes are designed around short, engaging activities that keep little ones moving and having fun while building the foundations of coordination, balance, and body awareness.

Every class uses games, partner activities, and age-appropriate drills that feel like play but are quietly teaching your child focus, patience, and how to follow instructions. They won't even realize how much they're learning.

Social Skills That Start on the Mat

For many kids this age, our program is one of their first group experiences outside of the home. They'll learn how to take turns, how to be a good partner, how to win and lose gracefully, and how to treat others with respect.

These early lessons in teamwork and empathy lay a foundation that carries into preschool, kindergarten, and beyond.

Confidence Through Small Wins

Your child will earn new skills class by class. Learning to do a forward roll. Completing a drill with a partner. Earning their next stripe. Each small win builds their belief in themselves and teaches them that effort leads to progress.

That kind of confidence doesn't come from being told they're great. It comes from proving it to themselves.

What Every Class Looks Like

Classes are 30 minutes and move quickly to match your child's attention span. Each session includes a warm-up with movement games, a simple technique broken down into easy steps, partner activities to practice what they've learned, and a fun group game to finish. Every class follows a consistent routine so your child always knows what to expect.

A Safe, Welcoming Environment

Your child's safety is the priority. Our mats are clean, our instructors are experienced with young children, and every interaction is supervised. We keep class sizes manageable so every child gets attention and encouragement.

If your little one is shy, that's completely okay. We've seen the quietest kids in the room become the most enthusiastic ones on the mat. They just need a little time and a lot of patience, and we have plenty of both.
